Cabot is an AI-native finance and operations firm for venture-backed startups from seed to Series C. Startups in the U.S. and Canada, including UK and European companies with a U.S. subsidiary. Agents do the routine work continuously; a named accountant, Forward deployed operator or fractional CFO reviews it, makes the judgment calls and signs off. Agents never pay a bill, run payroll, file a return, sign a contract or email a board without a person deciding.
